All Saints' Day 1 Nov 2013 10 years ago Peter Greenaway's art intervention had brought attention to the history of Basel's Totentanz Platz: in the 15th c., here was a monastery graveyard enclosed by walls painted with the "Dance of Death" murals. In 2013, 18 symbolic gravestones displayed short videos and animated sequences referencing the time span from Holbein's engravings to images characteristic of our days.
